Check email delivery

This support guide is to show how to check inbound and outbound email delivery.

Note: your outbound email (SMTP) needs to be mail.yourdomain.com.au or one of Diskman's server names in order to track outbound delivery.

STEP 1 - Login to your cPanel

You can either go to www.yourdomain.com.au/cpanel or access your cPanel via the Services area within your customer account on our web site

STEP 2 - Access the Email section within your cPanel

Scroll down and locate the Email section

STEP 3 - Click on Track Delivery

Once inside the Track Delivery Area you can choose (tick the boxes) 4 different options. At least one must be ticked. You can tick one or multiple options.

Show Successes

This will show successfully received and sent emails

Show Deferred

This will show received and sent emails which have been delayed eg recipient mailbox may be temporarily full and the system is waiting to retry delivery

Show Failures

This will show failed received and sent emails

Show In-Progress

This will show any emails that are still in progress for received and sent emails
